Terms and Conditions (AGB) for svscore.de

Version 1.1 · As of 14.10.2026

§ 1 Provider, Scope

  1. The provider of the platform svscore.de is iqmeta GmbH, Am Sonnenhang 24, 71111 Waldenbuch, Germany, represented by its managing director Otto Neff, telephone +49 (0) 7157 563 111, e-mail info@iqmeta.com or support@shootingscore.app, registered in the commercial register of the Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Stuttgart under HRB 748338, VAT ID DE294776335 (hereinafter "Provider").
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts on the use of svscore.de between the Provider and clubs, associations and other organisations (hereinafter "Customer" or "Club").
  3. The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities under public law, and registered and unregistered associations that do not act as consumers (Verbraucher) when concluding the contract.
  4. Deviating terms of the Customer apply only if the Provider has expressly agreed to them in text form.
  5. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Data Processing Agreement (svscore.de/avv) and the Acceptable Use Policy (svscore.de/nutzungsrichtlinie) form part of the contract. The platform is developed by the Provider in Germany and operated on servers in Germany. The Provider maintains IT liability insurance.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract

  1. svscore.de is web-based software ("Software as a Service") for managing shooting competitions and club events, including participant management, cash register, label printing, result entry, rankings, certificates, live results, online registration and – depending on the package – club championship, members' area, participant app, league, statistics and e-mail sending.
  2. The Provider makes the software available for use via the Internet. The software is not provided for installation (except for the optional print service/agent for Windows).
  3. The scope of services is determined by the service description on svscore.de/preise valid at the time the contract is concluded. The Provider may further develop and modify the software, provided that the contractually agreed core functions of the booked package are retained.

§ 3 Registration and Conclusion of Contract

  1. Use requires registration of the Club. The registering person warrants that they are authorised to represent the Club.
  2. Upon completion of registration, a contract for the free "Basis" package is concluded; the Club can be used immediately. The Provider may block access in the event of suspected misuse, false information or use by consumers and may terminate the contract for good cause (§ 5 (6)). In addition, the "Basis" package may be terminated by either party at any time (§ 5 (1)).
  3. Paid packages ("Verein" package, event pass) are booked in the administration area under "Abo & Rechnungen" (Subscription & Invoices). The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process.

§ 4 Packages and Prices

  1. Basis (free of charge): one event (competition) per calendar year, at most 30 starters per event, one cash register, labels in the browser, entry, live results, TV display, online registration and standard certificate. Public pages bear the notice "powered by svscore.de".
  2. Verein (Club): all functions without limitation on the number of events and starters – €24 per month or €240 per year.
  3. Event pass (Veranstaltungspass): all functions of the "Verein" package for a single event, unlimited number of starters, valid for 30 days from purchase – €79 one-off.
  4. District/Gau/Association (Kreis/Gau/Verband): individual offer on request.
  5. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT, currently 19 %. No free trial period is granted; the "Basis" package may be used free of charge without time limit.
  6. In individual cases the Provider may agree deviating conditions (e.g. special conditions, payment by invoice) in text form.

§ 5 Term and Termination

  1. The "Basis" package runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time without notice.
  2. The "Verein" package with monthly payment has a term of one month and is extended by a further month in each case unless it is terminated with effect from the end of the current billing month.
  3. The "Verein" package with annual payment has a term of one year and is extended by a further year in each case unless it is terminated with effect from the end of the current term.
  4. Termination may be effected at any time in the administration area ("Abo & Rechnungen" › "Zahlungsdaten & Kündigung" (Payment details & Termination)) or in text form to support@shootingscore.app. After the end of the term, the Club is automatically switched to the "Basis" package.
  5. The event pass ends automatically after 30 days; no termination is required.
  6. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists for the Provider in particular if the Customer is in default with payment of more than two monthly fees or seriously violates § 8.

§ 6 Payment, Invoice, Default

  1. Payment is made via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The "Verein" package (subscription) is collected in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually) by credit card or SEPA direct debit; by booking, the Customer grants a SEPA direct debit mandate or the card payment authorisation, as applicable. The event pass is a one-off payment by credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. In the case of SEPA direct debit, the event pass is activated only upon receipt of payment (usually 2–5 bank working days).
  2. Invoices are provided electronically by e-mail and can be retrieved in the administration area. The Customer manages payment details, billing period and termination in the customer portal (Administration › Abo & Rechnungen).
  3. In the event of returned direct debits or failed payments, the Customer shall bear the resulting costs insofar as the Customer is responsible for them.
  4. If the Customer is in default of payment, the Provider may, after prior notice in text form, block the paid functions and switch the Club to the "Basis" package. Further claims remain unaffected.

§ 7 Availability, Maintenance, Support

  1. The Provider endeavours to ensure that the platform is available with as few interruptions as possible, but does not owe any particular level of availability. In particular, there is no guarantee of availability at particular times (e.g. during an event).
  2. Maintenance work is carried out, where possible, outside customary event times and – where it can be planned – announced in advance.
  3. Disruptions outside the Provider's sphere of influence (e.g. disruptions of the Internet, of the data centre, or force majeure) do not give rise to any claims of the Customer.
  4. Support is provided by e-mail to support@shootingscore.app during customary business hours without guaranteed response times.

§ 8 Obligations of the Customer

  1. The Customer keeps its access credentials secret, uses secure passwords and informs the Provider without undue delay if misuse is suspected. Activation of two-factor login is recommended.
  2. The Customer is responsible for the content and data it enters and ensures that it is entitled to process them (in particular under data protection law, e.g. consents of participants and members).
  3. The Customer must not misuse the platform, in particular must not post unlawful content, must not send unsolicited advertising e-mails and must not excessively burden or attack the platform.
  4. The Customer backs up its own data at reasonable intervals using the export functions provided.
  5. Details of permitted use are governed by the Acceptable Use Policy (svscore.de/nutzungsrichtlinie), which forms part of the contract. In the event of contradictions, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

§ 9 Data Protection and Processing on Behalf

  1. Insofar as the Provider processes personal data on behalf of the Customer, the Data Processing Agreement (AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO (GDPR) (svscore.de/avv), which is concluded upon registration, applies.
  2. The privacy policy (svscore.de/datenschutz) applies to the processing of personal data by the Provider under its own responsibility.

§ 10 Liability

  1. The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz (German Product Liability Act).
  2. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation, Kardinalpflicht), the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the Customer may regularly rely, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, but at most to the sum of the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the damaging event.
  3. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. For the free "Basis" package, the Provider is liable only for intent, gross negligence and in the cases of paragraph 1.
  4. Liability for loss of data is limited to the typical recovery effort that would have been incurred had the Customer regularly backed up its data (§ 8 (4)).

§ 10a Functions Relating to Weapons Law – Disclaimer

  1. The need traffic light (Bedürfnis-Ampel), shooting record/shooting book PDF (Schießnachweis/Schießbuch), weapons book (including shot counter and maintenance reminders), documents such as WBK (firearms ownership card) or Sachkunde (certificate of competence) (including expiry warnings), attendance/check-in as well as range supervision, duty roster and shooting range log are non-binding aids.
  2. They do not replace any legally prescribed records or obligations – in particular not the shooting book, the confirmation by the club or association, the obligations under the WaffG (German Weapons Act) and the AWaffV (General Weapons Ordinance) (e.g. § 14 (5) and § 27 WaffG, §§ 10, 11 AWaffV) and the storage obligations – nor the review by the competent weapons authority.
  3. They are based exclusively on the data recorded in svscore.de. Subject to § 10 (1), the Provider assumes no liability for correctness, completeness and timeliness, for reminders not delivered, or for the legal assessment.
  4. The users and the Customer (Club) remain responsible for records, deadlines and the fulfilment of obligations under weapons law. Before these functions are used for the first time, the notice is displayed in the application and must be confirmed.

§ 11 Data upon End of Contract

  1. Until the end of the contract, the Customer may download its data via the export functions (e.g. Excel/CSV).
  2. When switching from "Verein" to "Basis", the data are retained; functions outside the "Basis" package are blocked, but the data remain readable.
  3. After termination of the entire contractual relationship (deletion of the club account), the Provider deletes the Customer's data after 30 days have elapsed, insofar as no statutory retention obligations preclude this. Details are governed by the AVV.

§ 12 Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  1. The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future if this is necessary for a valid reason (e.g. changes in legislation, case law, new functions) and does not unreasonably disadvantage the Customer.
  2. Amendments are notified to the Customer in text form at least six weeks before they take effect. If the Customer does not object within this period, the amendments are deemed accepted. The notification will point out the right to object and its consequences. In the event of an objection, either party may terminate the contract with effect from the date the amendment takes effect.
  3. Price changes for ongoing subscriptions are likewise announced at least six weeks in advance; in this case the Customer may terminate with effect from the date they take effect.

§ 13 Final Provisions

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  2. If the Customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart. The same applies to registered associations and other legal entities under private law, insofar as legally permissible.
  3. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
  4. Amendments and additions require text form.
