Summary: Use svscore.de fairly, lawfully and securely – for competitions, training and running your own club. No unlawful content, no advertising e-mails to strangers, no bots or attacks; treat access credentials and QR codes like keys. Weapons law, protection of minors, range supervision and cash management remain the responsibility of the club – the software only provides support. Please report violations to support@shootingscore.app.
§ 1 Scope
- This policy applies to everyone who uses svscore.de for a customer (club, association, company): administrators and users of the administration area, members and participants in the participant app, guests as well as devices and programs (e.g. kiosk, TV display, svscore agent, print service).
- The customer ensures that the persons it deploys comply with this policy and is answerable for their actions. Anyone acting for the customer warrants that they are authorised to do so.
- This policy specifies in particular the customer's obligations under § 8 AGB.
§ 2 Principle
- svscore.de may be used for its intended purpose: organisation and evaluation of shooting competitions and club events, cash register, labels, result entry, rankings, certificates, live results, online registration, members' area, participant app with training book, range operation and the club's internal communication.
- The law of the country in which the customer operates and the terms of integrated services (e.g. Stripe) apply.
§ 3 Content
- Content means all data posted by users: names, results, texts, invitations to tender/competition announcements (Ausschreibungen), notices, logos, certificate templates, images, notes, support messages and files.
- Prohibited content includes in particular criminal, insulting, discriminatory, violence-glorifying or pornographic content, content that infringes the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, personality rights), malware and advertising for third parties.
- Special categories of personal data (Art. 9 DSGVO (GDPR), e.g. health data), bank details, identity document or access data do not belong in free-text fields such as notes or remarks.
§ 4 E-mails, Invitations and Newsletters
- E-mails may only be sent to persons who have a connection to the customer (members, participants, prospective members with consent). svscore.de is not a general advertising or newsletter service.
- Invitations and newsletters require a legal basis (in particular consent). Unsubscriptions must be respected; unsubscribed addresses must not be re-entered.
- Sending limits apply and must not be circumvented, for example by splitting across several club accounts.
- Messages must remain factual; publicly exposing persons (e.g. because of outstanding fees) is prohibited.
§ 5 Files
- Only files that the user is permitted to use and that serve the purpose may be uploaded (e.g. logo, certificate template, competition announcement, target photo, documents in the documents area).
- Files with active content (macros, scripts, executable files) are not permitted. Size and storage limits apply.
- The provider may remove obviously infringing files (§ 8 AGB).
§ 6 Public Pages, Links, QR Codes and Devices
- Personal app links, QR codes (app access, kiosk check-in) and support links must be treated like keys. In the event of loss or suspected misuse, they must be blocked or regenerated in the administration area.
- Kiosk devices, cash register PCs and TV displays must be set up and supervised in such a way that unauthorised persons cannot make check-ins, bookings or changes on behalf of others.
- Result lists, live results and starter lists are publicly viewable if the customer configures them accordingly. The customer ensures that the publication of names and results is permissible under data protection law (e.g. by a notice in the competition announcement or by consent), in particular in the case of minors.
§ 7 Interfaces and Automation
- Automated access is permitted only via the channels provided for this purpose (e.g. svscore agent on the scoring machine, print service, documented exports).
- Scraping, bots, circumventing bot checks or request limits and mass retrievals are prohibited. Use must not impair operation for other customers.
§ 8 Security
- Access credentials are personal and must not be passed on; for further persons the customer creates separate users with appropriate roles. Two-factor login is recommended.
- Security tests, load or vulnerability scans require the provider's prior consent in text form.
- Protective measures must not be circumvented. Security vulnerabilities found must be reported confidentially to support@shootingscore.app and must not be exploited or published.
§ 9 Identity, Accounts and Package Limits
- Information about the club and users must be accurate; the identities of others must not be impersonated.
- Package limits (e.g. number of events or starters in the "Basis" package) must not be deliberately circumvented, for example by creating several club accounts for the same club.
§ 10 No Resale
Without a written agreement, it is prohibited to resell or rent out svscore.de, to offer it as one's own product (white label) or to operate it for third-party organisations. This does not apply to hosting competitions in which members of other clubs participate. Trademarks, logos and content of svscore.de remain protected.
§ 11 Weapons Law, Shooting Range and Protection of Minors
- The customer is responsible for compliance with weapons law, in particular for the range rules, range supervision (§ 27 WaffG (German Weapons Act), §§ 10, 11 AWaffV (General Weapons Ordinance)), age limits for shooting and the storage of weapons and ammunition.
- Only goods and services whose supply is legally permissible may be booked via the cash register. Ammunition may only be supplied to authorised persons; the authorisation is checked on site and is not replaced by the software.
- The need traffic light (Bedürfnis-Ampel), shooting record, weapons book, documents, attendance, duty roster and shooting range log are non-binding aids (§ 10a AGB). Entries must be truthful; recording fictitious dates or false records for submission to authorities is prohibited.
- Minors must be given special protection; the participation of minors and the publication of their results require the necessary consents of the persons having parental responsibility.
§ 12 Results and Scoring
- Results must be entered truthfully. Manipulation of results, serial numbers or scoring is prohibited.
- Corrections are made traceably using the functions provided. Responsibility for the competition announcement, scoring and award ceremony lies with the organising club.
§ 13 Payments, Cash Register and Bookkeeping
- Payments booked via svscore.de may relate only to services of the customer (entry fees, series, ammunition, other income). Fictitious bookings and money laundering are prohibited.
- The customer is responsible for proper cash management and bookkeeping in accordance with German tax law. Bookings are not deleted but corrected by cancellation with a reversing entry. Data subject to retention obligations must be exported in good time (§ 11 AGB).
§ 14 Data Protection
- The customer is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR for the data of its members and participants; the provider is the processor under the AVV (svscore.de/avv).
- Only data for which a legal basis exists may be recorded. The customer implements data subjects' rights (access, rectification, erasure); the functions of the administration area and "Meine Daten" (My Data) in the app support this.
- Data of persons with no connection to the customer must not be collected.
§ 15 Reports and Consequences of Violations
- Violations, spam, abusive content and security vulnerabilities can be reported to support@shootingscore.app or via "Hilfe & Support" (Help & Support) in the administration area. The provider treats reports confidentially.
- The provider responds proportionately: notice, removal of content, blocking of individual functions or access, up to extraordinary termination (§ 5 (6) AGB). In the event of danger to third parties, the platform or other customers, action may be taken immediately.
- Data subject to statutory retention obligations remain exportable even in the event of blocking. Data are disclosed to authorities only where there is a legal obligation or an official or court order.
§ 16 Consent and Changes
- Consent is given upon registration together with the AGB and the AVV.
- Changes apply for the future and are notified in the same way as changes to the AGB (§ 12 AGB). The German version is authoritative.
