Score a shooting target from a photo – it's that easy

FAQ
Is target scoring really free?
Yes. Scoring at shootingscore.app/score-target is free and works without signing up – even without a club account.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Image and text recognition run entirely in the browser on your device. Saved series stay only in your browser's storage. Only if you report an incorrect detection do you deliberately send us the photo for review.
What if the detection is wrong?
Hits can be moved, added or deleted on the review page. With “Detection wrong? Send photo to svscore” we receive the photo 1:1 and use it to improve detection.
Which shooting targets are recognised?
Air rifle 10 m (including strips with several targets), air pistol 10 m, small-bore 50 m and target 4 for 25/50 m pistol – over 50 disciplines according to the DSB sport rules with matching calibre.
How accurate is the scoring?
Calculated according to ISSF with decimal scoring (tenths) and distance value (Teiler) to 1/100 mm. Every hit can be moved, added or deleted before saving – with up to 20x zoom and ring/distance value shown live while dragging.
What does the scoring show besides the points?
Tenths, distance value (Teiler), inner tens (X), mean point of impact (MPI) with offset, group circle, mean radius, CEP50, horizontal/vertical spread, score with centred group, score progression and ring distribution.
Can I score without a photo?
Yes: tap the hits on the target or quickly type in the points on the number pad. Printouts from electronic scoring systems (e.g. Meyton) can also be photographed and read in via text recognition.
How do I get the best result?
Photograph the target straight from above, without shadows and filling the frame; then simply crop the edges. For hits outside the black, a light or coloured background behind the target helps.
Can I save or print the result?
Yes: download or print it as a PDF with shot pattern and values. For permanent storage across devices, use the training log in your club's participant app.
This scoring is free. With an account it becomes your personal shooting log – as a single shooter even without a club.
